Stella McCartney Stella

Stella is Stella McCartney's first fragrance. She uses the purest ingredients to create a soft and fresh scent that lures many people who pass by. This fragrance is very clean, fresh, and feminine. I personally really like to wear this fragrance on a daily basis. I receive numerous compliments and I have a lot of girls asking me what I was wearing! A lot of youtubers also rave about this fragrance and they too love the scent! I think Stella is a very successful perfume. It can be worn everyday like I am, or it could be worn at night with an extra pump or two. I actually bought my 3.3 oz. bottle from Costco for around $50! A total bargain! If you do not have a Costco nearby, Sephora also retails it for $92. I believe there are also other beauty sites that carries this perfume such as Macy's as well as Ulta. This perfume is very chic, very elegant, and very sensual. My boyfriend loves it whenever I put it on! So that also is saying something!

Notes: Rose, Peony Flower, Mandarin, Rose Absolute, Amber

These were limited edition perfume bottles released last year (Spring 2012 I believe).

Estée Lauder Pleasures

I have never really been into Estée Lauder products, let alone their perfumes. But when my mom bought Estée Lauder's Pleasures and started wearing it, I instantly fell in love with it! It has a fresh floral scent thats very flirty, cute, and compelling. Pleasures is wearable both day and night; 1-2 spritz for the day, and 2 more extra spritz for a romantic and fun night. Another reason why I love this perfume is its staying power. This scent would stay on you for your entire time at work/school. I think that this perfume can definitely suit any age ranging from young adults to the elderlies. I highly, highly recommend this perfume if you are looking for a floral and girly perfume to invest in!

Estée Lauder's Pleasures collection actually includes four others: Pleasures Bloom, Pleasures Exotic, Pleasures Intense, and Pleasures Delight. I have yet to familiarize them myself, but here are the notes that they each have. Just a side note, every single review on the Estée Lauder official website rated each and every one of these fragrances 5 out of 5 stars! Now that really says something!

Revlon Lip Butters

Hi everyone! Here are some of super popular Revlon Lip Butters that I bought today! I got nine different colors/shades altogether and I am completely in love with them already. The color pay-off is fantastic. These are probably one of the most pigmented lip products (that are not lipsticks) I have ever tried. The packaging is pretty much like a regular Revlon lipstick; and texture of the product is really creamy and moisturizing. They do not stay on for a very long time, probably 2-4 hours without eating or drinking. But thats pretty typical for a lip tint. Also, I think these are also limited edition...so if you still want to get your hands on them, you better act quick! I had to go to three different drug stores (Target, CVS, & Walgreens) to get all the colors that I wanted because they are out so quickly! Try get them at CVS & Walgreens first because they usually have a discount for Revlon products (Buy 1 get 1 50% off). Anyways, here are some pictures and swatches of all nine colors that I picked up.

Scrubs & Exfoliators

Here are a selected few of my favorites facial scrubs and a mini review on each of them.

Neutrogena Oil-Free Pink Grapefruit Acne Wash
I really love the scent of this product! It also includes teeny tiny little microbeads, or whatever they call it, that exfoliates your skin. If you have acne/pimples or when you have a breakout, definitely try this product out! For a drug store scrub, this is for sure one of my favorite ones!

Fresh Soy Face Exfoliant
This is a very mild and somewhat gentle face exfoliator. It get rid of all the dead skin layered on top of my face, removing all the oil and dirt, and leaving it feeling soft and clean. I highly recommend this product

Fresh Appleseed Brightening Exfoliant
This is yet again another one of my favorite Fresh exfoliators. This one not only exfoliates my skin, but it also contains ingredients that brighten up dull skin, leaving my skin looking fresh. The grains, or seeds, in this exfoliant is less gentle than the Soy Face Exfoliant, so don't rub to hard into your skin!

Clean & Clear Blackhead Eraser
I don't use this product all over my face, however yes you can use it that way if you'd like to. I usually use this 2-3 times a week only on my nose. It doesn't get rid of all the blackheads on my nose, but it does get rid of the ones closer to the surface.

St. Ives Apricot Scrub
I'm sure a lot of you have seen this product everywhere including other blogs and from the YouTube community. I absolutely love this scrub! This is my all-time favorite drug store scrub ever. It exfoliates my skin really well and every time after I use this product my face just feels really refreshed and makes it feel like it really soaks in the moisturizer afterwards. (Sorry, long awkward sentence! Hahah)

If you'd like me to review any products or do a more in depth review of products I've mentioned before, please let me know and I'll try to do it!

Tinted Lip Balms

Since Halloween month is over, which means that now we're in November and it is WINTER SEASON! I don't really have a favorite season but I do enjoy wearing comfortable sweaters and warm boots. I know that my lips gets chapped really easily, especially during the winter time, and I know that I'm not the only here. Lipsticks can dry out your lips very quickly, and sometimes putting a gloss over it just seems too heavy, well at least for me. So if you are someone like me, I think you'd like my suggestions ;) So how can you make your lips look plump and juicy during the winter seasons? Here I have a couple of tinted lip balms that I love and is typically what I go for not only during the winter and the summer, but also all-year round.

Maybelline Baby Lips ($3.99)
Just a few days ago, I picked up 'Cherry Me' (far left, orange packaging). I'm not sure about the other flavors, but 'Cherry Me' does in fact tastea and smells like cherries! It a red color and it comes off as a subtle red, bringing enough color to my lips but not overdone for a daily look! :) Perfect for the summer!

Fresh Sugar Plum ($22.50)
This might look a bit intimidating at first but I promise it does not come off as dark as it looks like. I find this color perfect for the transition from autumn to winter. What I also like about it is that it contains SPF 15, which protects and conditions your lips while bringing your lips a swipe of color.

Fresh Sugar Rose ($22.50)
For those who prefer a more wearable look, I highly recommend this one. This is my first tinted lip balm that I've purchased and I love it! It also contains SPF 15. This is pretty much my go to lip product during the summer!

Burt's Bees Tinted Lip Balms ($7.00)
Don't even let me start how much I am in love with Burt's Bees' tinted lip balms! I'm obsessed! I always keep one of these, usually 'Tiger Lily', in my purse/bag. It's easy, it's quick, perfect if you're on the go! I know it's quite a small selection of colors, but I think the number of shades is enough. Lighter lips/more natural look: 'Tiger Lily.' Darker lips/more of a evening look: 'Hibiscus.'

Maybelline Lip Smooth Color & Care (22 RMB or $3.50)
Again, although from the stick it looks really opaque, realistically it's quite sheer and I actually really like it this way. Why? Because opaque lip colors are what lipsticks are for, not lip balms. I really like this line because it has a huge color selection that you could choose from. I got these Maybelline tinted lip balms in China. Unfortunately, Mabelline doesn't carry them here in the United States. However, if you are interested and if you could read Chinese, click here for the website.

And that's all!:)
